Summary: I visited Massachusetts from North Carolina for 3 weeks and stayed at the lake house. Heidi was the best host you could ever have checking on me and making sure i was comfortable and the neighbors were also very inviting and nice. Wonderful visit...Thank you so much for everything Heidi!

Summary: Thank you so much to the Neipris family. Your welcoming hospitality made me feel so comfortable in my temporary home. I do hope our paths cross again and I will be in touch! This house on lake archer is incredible. The lake itself is one of the most beautiful bodies of water that I have ever seen. The water is crystal clear, with more fish around the dock then one could imagine. There are so many bluegill hanging by the dock that you can catch one just dipping a bare hook in the water. Up until late November, throwing a worm out is a guaranteed hit. Bass, panfish, and chain pickerel are the three species that we caught, although there is said to be trout in there as well. In addition to the fishing, the lake archer residents frequently boat, jet ski, and water ski. It is fun to see the more accomplished skiers take some cool runs around the lake. The neighbors are the best that someone could ever hope for. The town of wrentham is the most welcoming town I’ve ever lived. The neighborhood is filled with friendly people willing to help at any moment. I am very grateful to have met them and spent time in their neighborhood. The house is classic New England summer. Cozy with a lot of light, facing west to see sunsets over the lake and trees. When weather got cold the fireplace warmed the place up perfectly. Everything was top shape from start to finish, and the one or two times I had any requests they were met within the day. Short distance to downtown wrentham with great restaurants (The Gavel, Parker’s Pub), 10 minutes to Gillette Stadium. But when you are there you feel the ancient countryside that is New England. Loved it. Highly recommend for any length of time. Any season.

Summary: This lake house is so charming and the host Heidi is exceptional! The sunsets are unbelievable from the porch. My kids loved the peddle boat and making s’mores. Perfect for a family vacation! Thank you for everything Heidi !

Summary: The lake with good recreational fishing, screened in porch and kayaks, paddle boards and pedal boats make this rental a great getaway. Heidi is an excellent host and provides lots of house supplies and additional, lovely and welcoming touches that I have not experienced in any other rental. The negatives for our family of four (teen boy and girl) was the lack of privacy and small, crowded bedrooms. None of the bedrooms are really private (one contains the upstairs bathroom, one has access to the attic sleeping area, and the master has access to the sleeping porch). If the sleeping arrangements work for your group, I highly recommend this rental.

Summary: This is a beautiful spot to entertain! Screened in porch made it easy with pandemic restrictions. Doors opened to the screened in porch so when you are in the kitchen you still feel included in what's going on outside. Plenty of sunfish off the dock for fishing, my nieces ages 7 and 8 loved it! Plenty of seating in the common areas. House is well taken care of and has a very lovely ambience with electric fireplaces and a shabby chic European feel. Highly recommend!

Summary: The property was absolutely beautiful The lake was easily accessible with boats to be used lots of great places to hang out to eat and to see the amazing view beds were very very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked!

Summary: The house is directly on the lake which provides a wonderful view from almost every room . The house is decorated so well . I loved the combination of lovely colors . We were there off season so we couldn’t take advantage of the great screened porch . One of the best things about the house was having Heidi and her husband as hosts . They were fantastic . If we had a minor problem such as getting WiFi , Steve came over immediately to help us . Heidi checked with us to make sure everything was fine . She also had great suggestions for activities and restaurants . They were super hosts. We had a great time.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay with our 4 college and elementary school-aged children! This historic and well-renovated lake home made us smile no matter what room we were in.... our children wonder why every kitchen doesn’t come with an ice cream bar! And the telephone booth-style bar was fun for us adults! It was such a treat to enjoy the lake by paddleboat and warm up by the campfire on shore. We look forward to warmer weather when we will have to come back to try out the kayaks, beautiful airy first floor porch and second floor screened in porch bedroom! We LOVED every minute of our stay and thank our hosts for making it possible!
