Summary: Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Room had terrible smell, bathroom didn’t lock at all, only one person working desk and it took a while to get more towels

Summary: The staff wa super kind and attentive. The room could have been cleaner. hairs in the bathroom and crapet smell wasnt great. found spiders in the room and the bathroom. liked the convience of the location. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: At check out we were given room that looked dirty. I told the staff and with an attitude they gave other in a 3rd floor. No complimentary coffe was offered as the other SpringHill locations. Carpet filthy and food cold. Never return to this particular location.

Summary: Pros: It was very clean and comfortable to stay. Bed was great, spacious and the amenities were very entertaining. The pool was cozy and warm. Cons: pool area temperature was very warm and there was alot of chlorine in the water. But overall it was the Best hotel ive stayed in. And i will stay here in the future again if i am in the area.
