Positive: Breakfast was good.

Negative: Television was terrible in the room and the inn keeper could not figure out how to work it either. The inn keeper was nice telling us interesting things about the movie filmed there.

Summary: I was hoping for a little more for $361. Maybe a tour of the mansion, bottle of wine in the room?

Positive: This place is such a gem. You can book directly through their website (https://proctormansioninn.com/) to save a couple bucks. The property is beautifully kept, and the inn keeper was so very kind and generous. I was the only one in the property during my stay and I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe, which as a solo female traveler is always a concern. I cannot stress enough how wonderful all the staff I encountered were. The room I stayed in was the Peach room which was so gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, and the bathtub was luxurious. I think this would be a very sweet place to stay for the fall / winter holidays. On their website, there is a section for special events. This would be a super cute place to do a ladies afternoon tea party. TLDR: If you are on the fence about booking, definitely book! You will not regret it!

Negative: I did not have any complaints. I loved the room I was in. I went exploring and the other rooms looked really lovely as well. The whole home has so much character, which I love. It would be a great place for an event.
