Positive: the room was great. Esp the Tower side facing the ski slopes. Kinta san, Kenta san were so friendly, helpful and courteous and professional.

Negative: Absolutely everything was great.

Positive: The owners were so lovely. The hotel is interesting. Designed by the owner. Breakfast was really good. Small buffet but everything nice. Dinner was good at the hotel too. Special place.

Positive: Cozy place, it’s a short walk to the lifts. Owner and his father are very hospitable and took care of us well. They have rentals available on site (branded) and cheaper than a nearby hotel. Good breakfast. Bonus that they serve Italian/japanese dinner, good for value.

Negative: Just a flight of stairs up to the lifts. Owner helped us with luggages so not a problem at all.

Positive: The owner and the staffs are very kind and helpful. The owner is a graceful old man and can speak good English. Breakfast is delicious. The ski-equipment can be rent from the hotel as well. Well deco hotel.

Negative: 10 mins walk to the nearest slope but this did not bother us much.
