Positive: If you are planing your stay just in Naeba , then it s a pretty convenience location

Negative: 1. There is no kitchen utilities, thus you can really cook in the apartment unless you buy it yourself 2. Nothing much (neither restaurant nor supermarket ) around the accommodation, the closest supermarket is roughly 20-30 mins drive. It is actually far from everything. 3. The car parking lot provided is not the one from the apartment , you have to walk 3-5 mins uphill to get to the apartment, thus there is an issue during winter. 4. Free breakfast provided , but you have to pick it up at the Prince hotel.

Summary: Quite disappointed.

Negative: Needed more bowls/plates etc. my friends and I cooked breakfast and dinner and there were no serving bowls or utensils.

Summary: Beautiful stay with great views straight to naeba mountain. Expensive but worth the money

Negative: Please change the beds, I paid a lot for the apartment and the beds were not up to the quality. Really low quality mattresses. A good investment into the apartment with better beds and kitchen equipment would make the stay so much better.

Negative: Property listing is a bit misleading. Although it says 1LDK, elsewhere in the listing, it is described as a two bedroom flat which it isn’t. No cutlery or crockery which is very inconvenient - why have a kitchen if you can’t cook anything? Location: The village was sadly largely deserted (lots of closed or abandoned shops/restaurants) so we had to walk about 15 mins to nearby Prince resort for all our meals and convenience store shopping. Not great in heavy snow particularly if you are elderly.

Summary: Nice warm apartment with great views but please consider getting some basic kitchenware.

Positive: Great location and comfortable rooms. All shared facilities are super clean and nice to use. Staff is friendly. We would come again.

Negative: Parking was a little confusing but it wasn’t a big issue. The only thing we didn’t like that walls are extremely thin and you can hear loud and clear people in the room behind the wall. But we understand that it’s just a Japanese reality.

Positive: A value for money of stay with spacious accommodation and good view of Naeba ski area.

Negative: Only one entrance key provided is inadequate for 4 persons especially night time with main entrance locked, car parked with a distance from the condominium. It made no drop off or having one return to lobby to wait for driver getting back after car parking. Further, no kitchen tools such as pot for self cooking. Just checked-in, the night with severe snowing forced us to reach outside having dinner with risk.

Summary: Value for money of comfort stay.
