Negative: there was a stove top but no plates, cutlery, utensils and pans. The bath took ages to fill. For a family of 4, two double beds doesnt work. The concierge was unfriendly. There was no parking for our car at the apartment.

Positive: Very close to the bus stop if you are arriving by bus. Very cute, cosy European alpine ski lodge vibes. Sauna is nice, the cold plunge pool too if you're brave enough, and there is a small sento/onsen-like bathtub with the showers also.

Negative: You should be aware that as a Guest House, there is minimal staff around - but they are nonetheless very helpful when needed. Breakfast is just curry, rice and toast with jams - this was fine for us!

Positive: Got apartment, had kitchen and living room, warm space, comfortable mattress on tatami. Great for group travel, quiet and cosy.

Negative: The apartment was a short walk from the guest house and parking, not the most convenient

Positive: The facilities is very clean and tidy. Despite is share bathroom, but it is clean and the small Onsen inside the bathroom is fabulous. The free breakfast has good curry rice.

Summary: We highly recommend Hedi Guest house, we will come back if we visit Yuzawa again!

Positive: My favourite is the combination of sauna and cold bath. I also enjoy a hot bath after snowboarding. The staff are very helpful.

Negative: I had no complaints about this property, although the curry served every morning might become repetitive for long-term stays.
