Summary: Old property. Only advantage is the proximity to the ski slope. Inconvenient to travel to/from station if you missed the shuttle service, which is limited.

Summary: Very disappointed, hotel is far far too large. Too many people in one place to have a reasonable ski holiday. Breakfast and dinner buffets both extremely expensive. Unfortunately too many staff do not speak reasonable English, in fact very little English. Finally with Gondola nbr and hugest chair lift closed for the entire 10 days we were in hotel and NOT one person selling lift tickets Could not explain why ?

Summary: It's a convenient place for ski in ski out. However the hotel has you monopolized on all the restaurant offerings. Pretty much every restaurant won't cater to dietary requests and the cost of food is extortion.

Summary: Our family of 5 (3 kids aged 10-16) came to Naeba Prince Hotel for the first time, and absolutely fell in love with it!! It was seriously good value for money for a ski in/ski out resort, lots of ski routes for all levels and the facility is very safe for kids. There are enough restaurant options for my 5 days of stay, and the free shuttle bus to the Echigo YUZAWA station is a big plus! Would definitely come again and would recommend it for anyone with family and young kids!
