Summary: We stayed in a family suite and were surprised to see no separate seating area. Just the two beds in one room and another bed I. The other. I would have thought there would be a couch area. The furniture in the room was also very run down. The chair looked like it was falling apart. The restaurant was really good but very expensive for what you get. Even the coffee in the morning at the restaurant to go was over $5.00.

Summary: It was a lovely stay. Hot tub was out of commission but being right beside it, when it did work was a little too loud with chatting to be in the room beside it. Lovely hotel and restaurant!!!

Summary: The Juniper is always spotless and ALL of the staff are courteous and pleasant to deal with. The Juniper Bistro is some of the best food in Banff with a view you can't get anywhere else.

Summary: Great view and we asked for a different room due to a health issue and thye were great. The new room was a seperate building and we saw coyotes and deer, it was great.

Summary: The staff at the Juniper, along with the view is the best part. The rooms are nice and cozy. I love that they use warm lighting instead of the typical sterile hotel lights. There is an additional $20 facilites charge over and above your reservation price. The hot tub is nice but, it was pretty dirty. Overall, they are doing a nice job.
