Negative: Wait time to check in- 30 minutes. Room smelled stale and toliet had to flush twice to get down. Shower was cold. Our view was a dumpster of dirty stained mattresses. Hardly anything breakfast items, for price charged for room expected better quality.

Positive: The location was ideal. The motel was a short drive from UCONN (our purpose for being in Storrs). The room was clean and quiet. There was easy/available parking. If we were in the area again we would definitely consider using this facility.

Negative: The "breakfast" area was qutie nice. The coffee/food....however, left quite a bit to be desired. There were NO tops (to prevent spillage) for the coffee cups. The coffee machine....meh. The "items" for breakfast....also....meh. The saving grace is that directly across the street is an awesome McDonald's!

Summary: Storrs Inn is a clean, quiet easily accessable o/n stay.

Positive: Location for University of Connecticut was convenient. There are also stores and restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Negative: There was no one available at check in. Breakfast options need improving. There was no hot food. Just the basics; coffee, tea, juice, yogurt and some fruit. We chose not to have breakfast at the Inn.

Positive: -The staff were great! And patient when I had to return my non-functioning door card every time I went to my room. -The shower head was fabulous. And nice warm water.

Negative: -The breakfast was muffins in the plastic from the store, yogurt, dry cereal, oatmeal packets. -The keycard to my room didn’t work. Every time I left the room, I had to go to the reception to get a functioning card.

Positive: The rooms were clean and comfortable and big enough, very close to everything

Negative: Breakfast could have been better, there was no oj, no water, no milk, there was little effort in keeping it stocked, the garbage was over flowing. Not impressed with breakfast, but everything else was good.

Negative: Stains on bed linens, face cloths and towels. There's a very strong smell of air freshener in the upstairs hallway that is very off putting. ACs vent into the hallway upstairs making it extremely hot

Negative: Terrible lighting in bathroom. Wanted to charge $25 to check in at 3:00 instead of 4:00. Absurd. Obviously the room was ready early.
