Positive: Really nice hotel on Storrs Uconn campus. Extremely helpful staff. Most grateful for finding my sons lost passport. Would certainly recommend if you stay at Uconn. Hotel bar is fine and breakfast is available at reasonable price.

Positive: It was conveniently located.

Negative: Upon check in, I was shamed by the staff for booking through bookings.com I did try to book through Hilton, but on their site the room was over $800 for a Thursday night. So I booked it through bookings.com for about $250 for the same Thursday night.

Positive: The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel decor was very cool. Breakfast was good.

Negative: I was placed in a room next to the air conditioning and maintenance. It was extremely loud and kept me awake all night long. The hotel at the time was rather empty. There was no reason to have been put in that room. I did not sleep. The price was too high.
