Positive: It was conveniently located in a beautiful part of Connecticut. If you love Early American architecture, nearby Windham Center is a treasure trove of beautiful buildings surrounding an old New England green.

Negative: The property itself was fine, and the staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. My biggest complaint is that there is still a hold on my credit card for an amount twice the cost of my entire stay. I’ve never encountered this practice in a hotel before, but it’s been almost a week now. If it doesn’t disappear soon I will not go back there.

Summary: Nice place, clean and comfortable. Great staff.

Positive: Close to downtown,, safe area. Smart tv.

Negative: The sagging bed, feet are higher than body lying down. No hooks or table, just a bed microwave and mini fridge. No coffee pot. Huge bummer. Two small end tables too far away from bed. Wall plugs are also too far away from bed. Seems this room should be redesigned to fit the furniture better. No toilet paper holder , just stuck high on the shelf not everyone can reach.

Summary: Very quiet and easy.
