Positive: Pretty cottage. Comfy bed. Great view from the garden. Bedroom lovely. Bathroom needed more lighting especially by the small mirror.

Negative: Had to use bottled water as well was being repaired. We were not told this before hand. Downstairs dark and cool even in August. Narrow lanes. Difficult to turn car round and if you drive straight on expect your car to get scratched. Stairs to upstairs very steep.

Positive: Beautiful thatched cottage full of character and charm yet refurbished to a very comfortable and functional standard. Owners are very responsive and discreet. Lovely private garden and views of the gorgeous countryside. Great location, only a short drive away from Sidmouth and the amazing Jurassic Coast

Negative: Access to the property is through very narrow country roads which would make the 30min walk to the centre of Ottery St Mary not very practical, especially after sunset

Positive: A lovely property to stay in. Everything provided that you need, and more, in a self catering cottage. Plenty of beautiful walks nearby, good pubs, and the sea isn't too far away.
