Positive: It's a very cute cottage, decorated in rich colours and adorned with funky details. The kitchen was well-equipped and it's always very welcome when a host has provided some basics (tea, coffee, oil, herbs, Marmite!) - the Cwtch was great in this respect. Old Hastings is full of character and interest and the Cwtch is on one of its best streets. Really fun to come and go from the house.

Negative: Just a couple of small practicalities: perhaps a bigger mat to wipe one's feet and leave one's shoes by the front door (it rained alot so we were always wet when we came in), and some hooks near the front door for coats - although I realise that there isn't that much room just there. And the house could use a dustpan and brush, and a toilet brush (!). But none of these very minor issues dented our enjoyment.

Positive: The Cwtch was fabulous! Great central location in the old part of Hastings - literally pubs and quirky places to shop, amazing places to eat on your doorstep. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed. It’s decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Super comfy beds. We couldn’t fault The Cwtch and will hopefully be able to book again next year!!

Positive: We loved our stay at the Cwtch, it was the perfect location and we will absolutely be back. Everything had been thought of and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!

Positive: Lovely quaint cottage perfectly located. Stayed for a wedding and the host was lovely so informed on local area and left a lovely little note which was lovely and such a personal touch. Would recommended again and stay if I of course come this was again.
