Positive: The huge Velux windows everywhere are great, no need for any lights on during the day. At night the moon lit the bathroom through the roof, very romantic. The cleanest floor I've ever experienced - our socks had no dust on them at all. Very responsive host Will, actively asks for feedback, good sign. Only gripe was that the shower knob was a bit stiff to turn on and off with wet hands. The shower itself is excellent, strong pressure. The boiler is electric but heats the water fast. Location perfect, from the bedroom you hear no noise except the relaxing sound of rain when it's raining. Deposit was returned after a few days. Would recommend

Negative: The common stairs area is worse than the flat and could use a bit of a makeover but it's nowhere near as bad as some other reviewers have said

Positive: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Spacious and bright. Excellent location and communication was very good. Looking forward to returning.

Negative: The external stair and landing carpet could be replaced.

Positive: The apartment is in a great location in the heart of old town with shops, restaurants and pubs metres away. the view from the rooftop apartment are good with the hassle of old town at the front and nature at the back. The apartment is incredibly clean, nice bed, well laid out with a good shower and kitchen.

Positive: Nicely refurbished clean modern flat in old town. Very central.

Negative: Using an agent who was friendly but unreliable and took a while to answer my emails during the critical few weeks before this peak season holiday. Having to pay a deposit in GBP English Pounds (this is not clearly shown on the booking.com pages when you first look up the flat information). Everything should be done through booking.com (in Euros), not through booking.com plus a sub contractor outside of the EU who demands a deposit and takes a time to return it. Issues of data protection with the agent and booking.com not satisfactory. Had to phone to get correct number for key safe (original number did not work)
