Positive: The property was excellent and so close to the beach! It was clean and spacious. Just right for our group.

Negative: Would have loved to use the garage as the heat made the car very hot. Backyard and view from master bedroom deck and lower floor bedroom could use some sprucing up. Not much reason to go out there.

Summary: The Cool Cocunut was absolutely what I needed to relax and enjoy time with my friends.
