Positive: The room was spectacular (2 seating areas and a large en-suite with both shower and bath) with glorious views to match. Host very friendly and accommodating. Location was great for both driving out to outlying places and for walking into town. Wife said it was the best night's sleep she's had on our tour of the Inner Hebrides!

Negative: Not much. Although breakfast was delicious, being a staff member down meant one or two things were overlooked, but soon rectified.

Summary: A fantastic find. Which we will definitely use again if/when we return to Islay.

Positive: clean, good sturdy breakfast, beds very comfortable. The sea view room we got was very warm and spacious with a bath tub. Staff very friendly , welcoming , helpful and knowledgeable about the island and their whisky distilleries .Will definitely come back . Was a great choice for location.

Positive: The hosts were fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The views from our room were great and the room was spacious. We loved the two days we stayed.

Positive: It was one of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time. The addition of the free dram of whisky was a good way to start the day.
