Positive: The room was very comfortable. I particularly appreciated that the cleaning staff replenished my tea and coffee stuff and left shortcake biscuits and Tunnocks Caramel Wafers! Sometimes a wee snack is just what you need!

Negative: Overall, the quality of food had dropped from 2 years before. I would have rated it then as 'excellent'; especially the Cullen Skink and Chowder. Now, good! The beef casserole was excellent as was the pate.
