Positive: Great location. It’s so wonderfully decorated and furnished. It felt like a home rather than a holiday let. Nespresso machine is a nice touch, especially with capsules! Grateful for little extras like oil, salt, sugar, etc etc.

Negative: Issues with the boiler. We had a couple of cold nights sleep where I had to wear my dressing gown in bed - we didn’t realise this was an issue until we had cold showers on the second evening. This explains why the thermostats didn’t have any effect until the boiler was reset. After that the property was much more comfortable temperature wise, although it never quite reached optimum comfort (for us).

Summary: Beautiful in & out. Definitely recommend.

Positive: Immaculate throughout, really comfortable and great location to Bruichladdich Distillery! Super communication with the host, was happy to try and get us checked in earlier for a tour we had booked in the afternoon and after an early arrival. Loved the trampoline!!

Negative: Bit of a problem with heating/hot water initially but quickly resolved!

Positive: Lovely and spacious with lots of extras such as coffee machine etc. Would definitely recommend.

Negative: Only criticism and this is more of a me problem than the house. I have mobility issues and struggled a bit going up the stairs to enter the house and also some of the furniture was a bit on the low side, but as I said this was more my problem than any criticism of the house.

Summary: Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Positive: The location is beautiful and there is a wonderful path in front of the house which is perfect for morning runs or walks. The home is very comfortable and communication with the host was easy.

Negative: The tile in the master bath had some mold, and the room had a musty smell at times. We didn't notice anything like that in the rest of the house.

Negative: Second room (double) had no curtains, blinds see through so when the sun came up at 5am i wasnt anle to rest, literally the only thing thats needs adjusting in this place otherwise it was excellent
