**Brand New Bullfrog X7 06/16/25** Welcome to the The Blue Heart here in South Meridian, Idaho! This single level home was just built in 2021 in the desirable Tuscany subdivision. There are no shared spaces here, the home is yours and yours only for your stay and you won't have to worry about overbearing hosts or roaming animals. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and only 15 minutes to downtown Boise, 15 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to "The Village."
With you in mind, we have packed this house with the essentials for a long and comfortable stay. You will have full access to the homes thermostat for heating and air conditioning to dial in your comfort level. And yes, we provide coffee!
The bedrooms are ready for warm sleepers, cold sleepers and even some picky sleepers. The mattresses are comfortable quality Costco mattresses providing a comfortable night of sleep.
Each bed has 4 pillows with some pillows "firm" and some "soft". There are extra linens and extra comforters ready for each bed as well for your own sleeping customizations. A white noise machine is supplied in the master bedroom as well! We hope that any guest can find comfort here.
The kitchen has been filled with the amenities allowing for home cooked meals, baking and even some leftovers too. You will find pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, bowls, cooking spoons and ladles, blender, microwave, coffee maker, spices, first aid kit, cleaning supplies and so much more!
All three bedrooms have great space, fresh and comfortable beds and a ready to watch smart TV in both the master and one of the guest bedrooms. The two full bathrooms have showers and tubs in both and are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, makeup towels and more!
There is an office with games and toys for the family and a computer desktop as well. Fast and free wifi is provided and this space is great for those traveling for business. This office has a door as well for those taking conference calls or just prefer a little privacy from the living room noises.
The living area has a very comfortable couch, a designer accent chair, a gas fireplace and a 65 inch smart TV for your viewing pleasure. We have a PS3 gaming system and some family movies here as well for your entertainment. There is a queen sized air mattress in this area for two extra guests interested in sleeping outside the 3 bedrooms. The couch is available as well as an extra sleeping spot for those looking to sleep nine guests.
In the backyard, you will find a conversation set, a dining set, a full fire pit area with 4 reclined seats AND a 4 person hot tub. Oh yeah, and a ping pong table too because why not?
The concrete and grassy areas are a great space for your or the kids to run around and there are plenty of seats to go around to take a break from the hustle and bustle and RELAX.
The garage is 2.5 bays wide and is available for you to park your car at all times during your stay. We have one camera in the garage and one on the front porch that are on at all times for safety.

Summary: Clean, quiet, great location, wonderful amenities. The house was perfect for 4 adults and a 19 month old. The 19 month old had space to run both in the house and outside. He loved the kids’ toys available on site too. The hot tub was wonderful, grill worked great, and fire pit was perfect for the 4 adults to enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal in, and location is very convenient for both Meridian restaurants and the grocery store. Also convenient to downtown Boise. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions. Only note, if you have all three rooms filled with light sensitive sleepers, one of the rooms has an accent window so it’s pretty bright for early sleepers. Wasn’t an issue for us as we brought a blackout cover for the provided travel crib that worked perfectly for the 19 month old. We would absolutely stay here again. Beautiful house!

Summary: Was a perfect house for a long weekend in Idaho. Only about 15 mins from downtown Boise and the same to Nampa for a concert at Ford Idaho Center. Very centrally located in a newer development in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Meridian with all the comforts of home. I would look no further than this property if we were to come back.

Summary: We came to stay here and check out the overall location. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood. It was very easy and convenient to get to from the Boise airport. It is a perfect location for families to come and stay. We loved the home for the all the amenities it offered. The beds were very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated. I felt like I was at home. We are glad we choose to stay at this location. I would definitely recommend it.

Summary: Our family loves this place!! This is the second time we have stayed here, and it won't be our last. It is very spacious, well equipped and CLEAN!! It is also very well located with a short drive to shopping, grocery and other fun things to do! The host is always very responsive, but we really haven't needed to communicate too much because everything is as stated in the listing.

Summary: This is a beautiful casual modern home. Super comfortable. All you need to come back to after your Idaho visit or possibly like us, a graduation for Northwest Lineman College. Very convenient to NLC. Albertsons just a 3 min drive. Clean spa and don’t forget your wood for the Firepit. Spacious rooms, master Bath and Closet. Pretty soft and pretty towels. Impressed with all appointment's. I give this home a 5*
