Summary: Paid for early arrival but told 30 minutes before that we couldn’t check in early. Only 3 coffee cups and other missing items. No closers to hang clothes. They did bring a hair dryer and soap/shampoo that was missing the next day. Overall it served our needs but missing a few kitchen items.

Summary: Premium Rentals has a serious problem with this property. This unit was not in shape to be rented. Not only is the dishwasher upper rack broken and inoperable, we have not found the remotes to the family room and master bedroom tv. While searching for the remote under the couch in the family room we discovered a tray with food and a spoon. The theater floor has pretzel crumbs in the carpet. The upstairs bathroom above the kitchen appears to have several spots of snot on the wall above the toilet paper holder. And to top things off it looks like the trash has not been picked up for a few weeks. We are very disappointed and don’t feel we have received the experience and value expected when we booked this property.
