Summary: Both homes are very similar. The listing is not as accurate as it should be. One home has a pull out couch but the other is just a futon. The mattress on the pullout is VERY uncomfortable and we had to buy an air mattress. The listing should specify that the futon is not a pull out. the houses are dated and could use some upgrades. One house smelled old, etc. The listing says the main bedroom has a king bed in both houses but only one had a king. The other was a queen. The house was clean and worked for what we needed but definitely needs improving.
