For bookings over eight guests we offer substantial discounts. If you are looking for a fabulous, warm, spacious and comfortable home for a family vacation, this is your BEST CHOICE. Fun activities inside and outside. If you are business traveler looking for a retreat or a business meeting, we have comfortable spaces for meetings with large Fire TV's for video presentations, a separate and private office fully equiped with excellent WIFI, printer/scanner/fax machine, and office supplies supplied. (Dads wil love it.)
Our home has a large and fully equipped kitchen attached to a GREAT ROOM to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. That alone will save families hundreds of dollars. We have fabulous theme rooms full of fun and rare decorations. As far as inside activities we have a pool table, ping pong table, an exciting Arcade game. Outside activities include a large patio with ample seating, grill, gardens and lot's of lawn for the children to play on.
As far as our neighborhood we are located in the Historic Old North End which is centrally located, near downtown, Colorado College and easy access to I-25. Our front yard is Colorado Springs most beatiful public park: Monument Valley Park which includes a river, Pickle Ball courts, public pool, hiking/biking trails, picnic tables and playground for your children.
An important heads up. We charge person per night. We also have guest minimums and length of stays minimums during our high seasons and major holidays. These minimums are firm but flexible and determined at the time of the booking request.
Parties and events are prohibited due to City Codes. Our neibbor's and neighborhood's privacy and security is a TOP PRIORITY. Excessive noise and disturbances will not be tolerated. Non paying guests are NOT ALLOWED to spend the night because our liability insurance will not cover them.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful at The Best VRBO In Colorado Springs. It was easy to find, the house had plenty of space and we enjoyed the ping pong table and the pool table. We even had a mini pool tournament on our last evening there. I had two 16 year olds who were entertained the whole time by the fun extras this house had to offer. The mountain view from the driveway (and one of the bedrooms) was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect, it was close to everything for us. We only had four people in our group which left us with plenty of space in the home to spread out and not drive each other crazy. But one thing I want to mention is that if you have a smaller group like we did, not all bedrooms will be unlocked/usable. Which is completely understandable, but just thought it was worth mentioning so others won't be surprised. We did ask the property manager to come unlock one bedroom due to a misunderstanding and he was accommodating and prompt. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful home.

Summary: We are a group of writers getting together for a weekend workshop. We selected Michael's home based on a review from a previous large group. We could not have been happier! The house is just perfect for a large group. Multiple large bedrooms and bathrooms AND each bedroom had one or more queen beds. Not just a bunch of twins, bunks or foldouts that so many supposed "large group" properties have (across rental platforms).The kitchen was fabulous. Wonderfully equipped. Even an entire drawer of seasonings and spices that is a result of guests' "paying it forward" -- which is the distinct vibe of the home.So much space in various configurations made it so nice to enjoy each other as a group or split off for personal time. And the greenspace/walking trails right across the street -- perfect.Plenty of lighting, outlets, towels, bedding, yada yada yada. So many places cheap out on supplies and make you feel like they assume you're gonna steal stuff. Just the opposite with Michael's home. Cleaning supplies, soaps, lotions, hand sanitizers, boxes of tissues, shampoo & cond in the showers, ... on and on. Right down to the qtips on the bathroom vanities. We felt so comfortable and at home.And Michael is a wonderful host. He went above and beyond to help us out. We absolutely want to come back!Yes, I'm raving a bit. But I've stayed at *alot* of places and this is the best one yet. Your home enabled us to have an amazing and hugely productive weekend. Thank you!

Summary: It was in the perfect location for me. Quick and easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Old Town Colorado, Manitou Springs and many other places. If your stay there you need to try out Ziggys Coffee and if your in need of automotive service I highly recommend Christian Brothers on Rockrimmon Blvd. Right across from Ziggys.

Summary: Property was exactly as listed and represented. House was located in a lovely part of town. Great value. Large rooms were clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything needed. Communications with Michael were straightforward and clear. We enjoyed an eight day family reunion in Colorado Springs. Host had decorated for the holidays, complete with lighted Christmas tree which was a welcome touch. We would not hesitate to rebook on another visit.

Summary: I stayed there with 3 families and it was very comfortable for all groups. There were a few issues that got sorted out very quickly. Michael was very fast to respond to any issues or questions we had. I would stay again!
