The home itself is gorgeous and in a nice part of downtown Colorado Springs. We had plenty of room for our group of six adults. Beautiful backyard, nice amenities… we did not want to leave! Summary: This is a great property for a large group. The home has several spaces for gathering, was well-stocked and well-furnished, with plenty of parking. The host could not have been more accommodating. The only negative to this home is that the bathrooms are quite small, but it's an older home so that is to be expected.

Summary: Our stay was very good. Overall the house was nice except that the water in bathrooms was just Luke warm. You have to have enough hot water for a group of people. I took barely Luke warm showers even waiting till late at night after everyone were in bed. Also the oven needs attention. Maybe breaker comes off sometimes. Not sure. French fries after a long period of time were just warm. It did bake well when lasanya was put in. Therefore I’m not sure what’s wrong.
