Summary: This is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed here over for years. The cottage is fabulous with full kitchen and living room. The lovely back patio with the koi pond is beautiful and peaceful. One bedroom downstairs with 3 beds in an upstairs room. It's close to I-25 for easy access. Nice quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend!

Summary: This is quaint older house that has is well equipped with new appliances. Backyard with Koi pond is really sweet.Neighborhood is fabulous.

Summary: Communication with Lazlo was wonderful. He also provided clear directions on where to park, how to find the house and how to find things within the house as well. Very comfy home, bed and space upstairs for our teenager to have to himself. The house is also in a quiet, lovely neighborhood near Colorado College, grocery store and easy to get to and from downtown, Garden of the Gods and other fun hiking spots. If we go back to CO Springs I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Beautiful little cottage with lots of old west feel all around nestled in the Old North part of Colorado Springs. The garden is a quiet place to read and have morning and evening tea. The fish pond offers a point of relaxation. It’s very close to many restaurants and the square. I recommend Poor Richard’s Book Store for that special gift. I loved our time at the cottage!
