Negative: The tiny little fridge in the room didn’t keep anything cool enough!

Positive: Had a really nice stay here visiting all things Winnie the Pooh, staff were lovely room was cute and location was perfect.

Negative: The only thing we found was that there was no where to have dinner as bear inn stopped food at around 3pm and couldn’t find anywhere else around so had to order in.

Positive: This is a very charming pub/hotel where we stayed for just one night. The staff that we dealt with were very welcoming and friendly after our slightly early arrival. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with everthing that we needed during our stay. Fortunately, they were serving evening meals, which was a great help not having to go elsewhere to try and find some food. You MUST remember to put your car's registration details into the machine on the bar to avoid a parking penalty, but it's well publicised, and you'd be stupid to miss all the warnings! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Negative: Nothing!

Positive: The room and view was gorgeous. I stayed in the Pooh room. The bed was so comfortable! Powerful shower and lovely toiletries supplied, as well as bottled water and tea, coffee and biscuits. Mini fridge in room and lovely breakfast hamper delivered in the evening for the following morning. Pooh Corner is a very short walk from the property. I had such a lovely stay, thank you.

Negative: Fire alarm kept going off in the evening and didn’t hear any information or explanation afterwards.

Summary: Would definitely return!

Positive: Great location, lovely cosy room. It was great to be able to have dinner and then go straight upstairs to our room. I loved the way it was decorated - wallpaper, piles of books, ornaments. And the breakfast in a picnic basket was just adorable.

Negative: It was all lovely.

Summary: Gorgeous country inn laden with charm and perfectly located to visit Winnie the Pooh attractions.
