Positive: A lovely location, the hosts were very attentive, when requested to assist. The accommodation was very clean light, bright and well equipped. The grounds were lovely, good location to Crowborough.

Negative: The lack of an oven, and quiet low water pressure.

Summary: A very nice stay, with great hosts, who were not intrusive, but available if needed.

Positive: I absolutely could not fault Paola and the Annex - it was simply beautiful. It was the most immaculately clean place I have ever stayed, with the most beautiful scenery. She was incredibly helpful and could not be more accommodating and hospitable. 1000% recommend and would absolutely stay again! Thank you 💕

Positive: Very clean, well equipped. Comfortable, well decorated. Lovely view, watching the sheep and deers. Nice stroll down by the stream. Great information on local pubs and taxis

Negative: Intermittent WiFi, but not too much of an issue. Didn't want to disturb the hosts as late evening.

Positive: Lovely area , nice little place to stay for a few nights. Everything was super clean .Enjoy the sheep at the end of the garden . Close for Visited Pooh corner and Winnie the Pooh bridge. Also visited Hever Castle. A lovely place but a extremely hot day .

Negative: Being woken up at 7 am Sunday morning by a family member returning home to the property next door after being out the night before playing loud car music and singing. Also loud music that evening so unable to seat in the garden and enjoy the view.

Positive: Beautiful renovated barn in quiet farmland location. All amenities & lots of advice provided by Paola & had a delightful chat with Tim who showed us around.

Negative: We missed having a television as it was Wimbledon tennis time but to be honest we were out most of the time. The bed is a sofa bed but it was very comfortable - no complaints.

Negative: Smallest bed (in fact a sofa bed) you could possibly describe as ‘double’. I slept so badly we left after a night. Such a shame. Why get everything else right and not give people a proper bed?

Positive: Paola is a super nice landlady, she waited for us to give us the key and even accepted a package for us. She was available at any time and gave us lots of tips for the area.

Negative: There was nothing to complain about at all, although a luggage rack would be a great addition.
