Summary: Booked a 4 night stay on a business trip. I travel about 4x a month. The check in (front desk) experience is unbelievably poor. They don’t have a computer and use a binder with paper to try to stay organized. In my opinion, the hotel has mold. Had to leave after the 2nd night (although I pre paid for 4 nights) because the mildew smell in my room was so bad and it was affecting my health. The back and forth with the front desk team was ridiculous. The design and decor is cute. They don’t have fans in the bathroom which is probably why they have a mold issue. I felt claustrophobic in the room as the windows open up to a brick wall. There are so many other places to stay in Boise, just skip the Avery.

Summary: Room was great, not a good view out the window, but big bathroom and good shower. The dinning options being downtown Boise was great.The staff was outstanding and the valet parking was quick and perfect.
