Positive: Excellent hotel . Very friendly personal. Excellent trips to national park . Great location. Strongly recommend all trips (night jungle, boat trip to village , nature reservation trips … ) with local guide (can be ordered from office directly in hotel reception side ).

Positive: The room was very clean and under good condition. The breakfast is included and you have a big buffet where you can choose whatever you like. There is also a pool.

Negative: The place is very crowded and touristy. The dorms are in a container which are clean - however not very charming.

Positive: You can get breakfast at 7am, and it's pretty good Lots of parking spaces Checking in and out is easy ATM available For lunch and dinner, food stalls are within walking distance

Negative: Path to Lotus cabin is steep Shower needs better drainage Wish the bathroom floor isnt as rough, maybe provide slippers?

Positive: Convenient location to go and visit the jungle. Breakfast had good options.

Negative: Quite highly priced for a windowless room. The AC was really old and poorly cleaned, mould was showing on the ceiling and AC. The bathroom was decent but that’s the malaysien way.

Summary: Good breakfast before jungle excursions. Rather good comfort regarding the location.
