Positive: The staff were very friendly. Check-in and out was simple. I expected a rustic place to stay, but was surprised by the relative comfort of the bed. A mosquito net was hung over the bed, allowing us to sleep with the door open, allowing the cool breezes in. The bathroom was very basic and the shower was only cold water. After trekking in the jungle, this was not an issue. Located an easy walk into town or down to the river crossing, the lodge is well- located. There were bananas available to eat.

Negative: Billed as an eco lodge, they sell water in plastic bottles. The contradiction is concerning. Having a water refilling station would go a long way to reducing plastic waste. No other drinking water was provided, which was the first time we have experienced this in 2 months of travel in SE Asia. There was no way to make a cup of tea or coffee or boil water for drinking.

Positive: The location was walking distance to everything you needed. They help arrange shuttles and trips if needed. Basic amenities but does the job. The staff were friendly. It is right next to the rainforest so does feel very close to nature which is peaceful. Towels were provided.

Negative: We knew there was no aircon but it is very very hot, the fan doesn’t really blow through the net so limited airflow. Unfortunately the sink was leaking. Appeared to be mold of the walls in the bathroom but can’t say for sure. It did not appear that there was any kettle or hot water facilities.

Summary: Very basic but okay for a short stay. Thank you

Positive: It was a very lovely guest house with basic but well maintained facilties. The balcony door in my room had super cute hand-made paintings of local animals! And there was a family of kitties that seemed to live on the premises! There was also a nice, outdoor area but I didn't get to use it because of my busy schedule. However, the biggest plus of this place was its host. He helped me to figure out my chaotic plan and arranged my tour and a taxi in a way that I was able to catch my bus to the next destination, which at first seemed impossible. Amazing!

Positive: The guest house is very close to the national park. Very comfortable bed.

Negative: There was a leak in the sink. When on the toilet you could not reacht the floor with your feet.

Positive: Location was excellent, right close to Taman Negara. The hosts were so friendly and helpful! Always smiling and I felt really welcomed. We even booked the trips through the hotel which was amazing and beds were really comfy too. The wals were covered in beautiful art and it gave a smile on my face. I can rcommend this place really warmly!

Negative: There was no sheet on the bed so felt really exposed when trying to sleep (which was impossible because of the heat)
