Summary: Hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to the market, restaurants etc. view from the top when hot air balloons take off early in the morning is magical. Breakfast was fresh every morning and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Just too many steps to the terrace where breakfast is served and no elevator. Staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable. They even helped setup the airport transfers for us.

Summary: Overall a nice cave hotel, the room was ok breakfast was great, but the room description said sound proof we could hear doors slamming and neighbors talking all night. There also was no private patio as per description. The staff didn’t inform us of in room internet access and that our welcome drink was in the fridge.

Summary: My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff here are incredible!!! I can not say enough about the staff here. They are extremely, friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond to serve you!! Melton was exceptional! She was so nice to surprise me with a cake for my 50th. Birthday. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff there were wonderful! The grounds are beautiful and clean and the pool was clean and refreshing. The housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive as well. The location was perfect and safe. Within walking distance to everything (shops, restaurants, etc). And in a very safe area. We were 2 women walking around at 1130pm at night and felt completely safe. The room was wonderful. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Water pressure and temperature great! Beautiful rooftop terrace to watch hit air balloons in the morning. Transportation qas set up to and from the airport. I can not say enough about this hotel and staff. I 1 million % recommend. Everytime we came back everyday, it was like returning home. Thank you Melton, Deygdu (not sure of the spelling) and the 2 other gentlemen at the front desk that I dont remember their names. Phenominal experience!! Thank you for making my 50th birthday so special. Hope to be back soon.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay here. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Friendly staff that were very helpful. Provided sandwiches for us to take to airport for early morning flight which was a nice touch. Would stay here again.

Summary: Amazing and friendly customer service! Wonderful location and well-maintained property with cozy and clean rooms. The breakfast was incredible, and the on-site cat made the stay even better :) had such a great time and it felt very personable and welcoming throughout our stay!
