Positive: The location of the hotel is fantastic — close to everything we needed and very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we expected. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially want to highlight the breakfast team: every morning a lovely lady prepared fresh omelettes, and her warm attitude really made our mornings brighter. The breakfast itself was delicious and offered a great variety. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Positive: This small hotel is excellent. Centrally located on the flatter part of Goreme, yet far enough away to not hear traffic noise. Breakfasts are huge. The owner is always here to answer questions. Rooftop deck gives excellent views of the valley at sunset and the balloons at sunrise. Lots of restaurants in easy walking distance.

Negative: No chairs in the room.

Positive: The Hotel is owned and runned by a really sympathetic, kind and helpful couple, who helped us with everything from the day of our booking (Airport transfer, booking Tours and programs, questions, really everything). It has a huge rooftop terrace with a fantastic view to Göreme, and also to Uchisar Castle. The breakfast is tasty and there are a lot of dishes to chose from, with a few of them being varied day-to-day (and freshly made, delicious omelettes as well, which are prepared personally for everyone upon arrival). Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a huge bed, and with a living room part with a huge sofa, which we especially loved, as it gave us opportunities to play games or just relax when the weather was bad. As the hotel lays in a central place, most of the adviced places to visit are really close - the Love, Sword, Rose, and Pigeon Valleys are within a comfortable 20-30 minutes of walk, Göreme Center 5-10 minutes and we could also reach the top of Uchisar Castle within approximately an hour. All in all, we had a fantastic time at Göreme Stone Age, experienced real hospitality, and will definately suggest it to our friends and relatives who plan to visit Cappadocia.

Positive: Quiet location, easy walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants. Spacious comfortable rooms which were much nicer than the photos suggest. Great views from the rooftop. Delicious buffet breakfast with Turkish and European choices. The hotel owner and his wife went out of their way to be helpful

Positive: Nice hotel few minutes walking from Göreme main center. Yildirim and his wife were very nice. They organized a shuttle transfer from the airport to the hotel and they also helped us with activities and tours (we took the green tour with the hike and it was very nice). We also could store our luggage the whole day after checkout and use the facilities until getting our night bus. Room was spacious and got cleaned everyday. Nice view from the rooftop terrace where you can spot the balloons early in the morning. Nice breakfast with fresh made omelette every morning.

Negative: We loved our stay but if we have to find something, we were staying in a room on the ground floor and unfortunately it was very loud sometimes. When you come back from a hike or the early balloon tour and you would like to rest in the room the door is not perfectly soundproofed. We could hear everything and not really sleep/relax.

Positive: The hotel is not far from town about 7 mins walk. the room is in good size, has tea/coffee and bottled water provided, also clean and tidy. The roof terrace is very comfortable, been woke up early to watch hot-air ballroom rising, the view was amazing. For breakfast, it has good selection of choices and taste good. Overall me and my husband enjoyed the stay in Goreme Stone Age.
