Positive: Charming, clean & welcoming hotel. Fantastic location, just a step away from the best view for the balloons. We had a King Suite which has a massive & amazingly decorated bedroom, big balcony and great bathroom. Staff was nice & kind, but the highlight of this place is definitely Denis and his Zeus coffee shop - a perfect example of how to work hard & have fun in a hospitality world.
Negative: Our room was located just below the restaurant, so from 8am and later at dinner time until 11pm it was very noisy as people moving chairs feels like someone drilling into the celling. Shower was a little too small and leaking - make me mop it everyday so make the bathroom safe to use. For that high price it was not the standard I expected. The guys working around the reception & restaurant are kind & hard working, but should be a little more looking after the guests. I needed to ask everything myself. At the check out I said good bye, but wasn’t asked to give the room key back what made me run the hill back to return the key and make my flight - and thats just an example of not heaving the head around by the boys. Maybe it should be more of them?
Summary: Great hotel, but would give 8.5/10. Expected a little more for the price paid

Positive: Very nice and big cave room, with everything you need. Comfortable beds, we only asked for a second blanket but that was no problem. The breakfast was also really good.
Negative: I missed the swing that you could see in the pictures.

Positive: Breakfast was on a par with big hotels. Views from the roof made it easy to see the balloons without a lot of work. Hotel restaurant was outstanding for dinner, we should have tried it our first night and not our fourth and last night. Desk Staff like Mirac, Mehmet, and Yagiz were fluent in English and customer service. Location near the top of the hill made us skip the hike and fee to watch the sunset.
Negative: Lots of stairs made it difficult when one in our party had to use crutches. Cats were everywhere if you let them roam. Noise in the hallways was a bit bothersome. Dust from cave ceilings was part of the experience.

Positive: EVERYTHING. All the stuff was so nice and professional. They took care about everything that we needed during our staying. When I announced them that is my best friend birthday they offered themselves to decorate the room and helped me to create an unforgettable memory. When we met the owner of the hotel and after we met his nephew they made us feel like we are part of the family and we quickly understood why we felt like home from the second that we arrived in there. We were immediately impressed by his nephew professionalism. He’s always taking care of everything that we needed and he was so helpful and attentive to our needs. We could see that he loves his job.
Summary: Perfect cave hotel. You is close to everything that you need. The city was perfect for the view and the activities.
