Positive: Food is good Room is clean n spa is good Staff is exceptional friendly. We arrive at bus stop as train station is under repair and got stranded. We sent a last minute email requesting for hotel pickup as we didnt have a japan phone line. Really grateful that they pick us up at last minute request.

Negative: Location is a bit challenging if you don't drive as it's not near train station.

Summary: Very nice stay overlooking Mogami river!

Negative: I wasn’t able to see whether our plan included diner or not when I reserved through Booking.com. As the result, we expected to have diner at the hotel, but we couldn’t because our plan didn’t include diner.
