Positive: Nice location, quiet, well equipped apartment, reasonably priced. It was close to the best parts of Tacoma, but not as noisy as a hotel or an apartment complex.

Negative: Parking was wonky. It also took a bit to figure out how to turn on the heat. I would have preferred a one-bedroom unit, for this trip.

Positive: Loved the ease of check in- door code made it so nice ! Great location to grab uber or lyft to venues near by. Clean, good use of space, all the basics you could need.

Negative: Noisy in the morning hours, was cold with no heat on when we arrived.

Summary: Great location, ease of seeing nearby concerts, venues, clean and easy check in ! I would stay again

Positive: Excellent apartment with everything you need. Family 2 adults, 1 child 2 years old. Stayed for three days before flying out of Seattle. 1) The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house, access by stairs. Entrance by electronic code, which the host informs in advance. 2) There is a fully stocked kitchen (refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher and even a multicooker) 3) There is a washing machine and dryer 4) Two bedrooms and a lounge with a sofa and TV. We walked a lot, so we didn't have time to lounge in front of the TV.) 5) Clean linens and a million soft white towels. 6) There is an opportunity to park the car 7) The owner was always available to contact if needed and ask questions. Thank you so much, we had a great time. If we are in these parts again we will definitely stay again.
