Positive: Nice, comfortable flat. Clean. Had everything we needed.

Negative: Had problems with the door lock. Code had changed Nobody was reachable via phone. Tried different codes by ourselves and an old one worked at the end.

Positive: The space is great and the beds comfortable. The tv room was great for relaxing. The washer dryer was full size and perfect for a long stay. Fridge and kitchen were generally well appointed with a hot plate, air fryer, kettle, and dishwasher.

Negative: The ceiling in the tv room was very low and as I am tall it was a little annoying. With two bedrooms the walls are very thin and noise does carry across the apartment.

Positive: The property was spacious, easily accessibile and close to many convenient services. It was also very clean and overall a very nice place to stay.

Negative: The dishwasher is not secured to the under-countertop area where it is installed and the dishes rack will easily dislodge from the dishwasher itself. When it does the whole rack slides out onto the floor and it makes a mess. This occurred twice while we were staying there. The door to the dishwasher does not close all the way or lock. Was worried that water may spill out onto the kitchen floor, however this didn't ever happen. Not any fault of the owners probably, but my daughter tried to dry her hair in the living room area and it tripped a breaker that was not able to be reset until the following morning. Again, not a big deal, but was a bit inconvenient because there were no lights or electricity in the bathroom or living room until the breaker was reset. The property manager had forgotten to move the outside trash can to the curb for the city to pick up the trash so we were not able to take out trash the first week or so. When we did take out the trash the trash can was so dirty and stinky that we were literally gagging from the smell. It might be a good idea to periodically clean the trash can or rinse it out to prevent it from becoming this way.

Summary: All in all a pleasant stay with only a few minor incoveniences.

Positive: Nice location, quiet, well equipped apartment, reasonably priced. It was close to the best parts of Tacoma, but not as noisy as a hotel or an apartment complex.

Negative: Parking was wonky. It also took a bit to figure out how to turn on the heat. I would have preferred a one-bedroom unit, for this trip.

Positive: Loved the ease of check in- door code made it so nice ! Great location to grab uber or lyft to venues near by. Clean, good use of space, all the basics you could need.

Negative: Noisy in the morning hours, was cold with no heat on when we arrived.

Summary: Great location, ease of seeing nearby concerts, venues, clean and easy check in ! I would stay again
