Positive: Very clean and nice. Two bedrooms are very large with large connecting bathroom between perfect for a family. Other bathroom is small but still great to have an extra toilet and shower for a group. Large kitchen and easy for a group to cook in. Large refrigerator with side freezer that had ice and water dispenser. Gas range had a big griddle in the center so we enjoyed pancakes each morning. Well equipped with small appliances.

Negative: Kitchen could use a couple more mixing type bowls to help with cooking. Would be nice to have a wall mirror in the bedroom so us women can do hair and skin stuff without holding up a bathroom. Street parking was a bit tight and we had two cars in our group. But we were able to park fairly close.

Positive: The location was terrific (just a 10 minute walk to the excellent Bluebeard Coffee among other things). We were a group of friends traveling together and found the common spaces ideal for gathering. The home was very clean.

Positive: The house was plenty big enough for five adults. The location was central to many things including restaurants and bars, and a convenience store a short walk away. It was clean and comfortable for our stay.

Negative: The gas station just down the street did have some interesting characters, but at no time did we feel unsafe in the area.

Negative: The flat above was noisy. The people above got up at 4am and clomped about in army boots cotinuously. No carpet to dampen noise. I did not sleep again.

Summary: Lovely but will not stay if flat above inhabited.
