Positive: Very clean and comfortable.

Negative: Arriving at night solo to an unfamiliar neighborhood. A group of people were smoking in a car parked in front of the house one evening and they remained there for a long while. I had to return to my car for my room key. It was nice that another guest of the house walked with me to help me move my car safely to the parking place in the back of the house.

Summary: Pleasant and clean. Would stay again.

Negative: Self checkin is with regular keys. When we arrived, there were other people in our room who took ours by mistake. We messaged the property owners and they showed up at the unit less than 10 minutes later and freed our room.

Positive: Good location for my conference

Negative: Asked for a quiet room, but got one next to the noisy front door (although they DID upgrade to a room with a private bathroom, which was nice). Thin room doors didn't diminish noise from the communal kitchen. The curtains on the windows didn't block light from the street. The room was too warm.
