Positive: Nice, practical and very clean room. The room was equipped to my needs, although not very big. The hotel has a wonderful location in the middle of Bern with a view of the mountains. The service was friendly and very helpful. We were even offered a ride to our restaurant. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and very appetising. For my next stay, I will certainly choose Swissôtel Kursaal Bern.

Negative: The Christmas decoration was a bit tacky to my taste, but it did not spoil my stay in this very nice hotel...

Positive: Nice big room and bathroom, comfortable bed, didn't hear any noise from other rooms. Easy walking distance to the city centre. Late check out at 12. Internal restaurants options if you don't want to go out.

Negative: When booking, I didn't realise that our room only had a window overlooking the internal corridor, so there wasn't much natural light. Not a big issue for us as we just stayed for the night.
