Summary: Very friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing! The only complaint was the tiny balcony and the view from the balcony was an alleyway.

Summary: Perfect location for sporting events in Bern. Clean, friendly and excellent breakfast. Will stay here again next time we have a tournament in Bern. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Summary: The welcome was lovely, the gentleman on reception was friendly and even took time to tell us where we should visit in the city, and a walking route that offers the most amazing views. The room was lovely and had everything we could want for our one night stay. The balcony off the room was lovely and a great place to sit to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Summary: Came in tried from hiking in Interlaken, staff was great, room was ready - next day they stored our luggage and give us umbrellas to use while we toured the old part of town in the rain, breakfast was also very good.
