Positive: Walkable to the rose garden and the town, however the tram is also very convenient and free through the hotel. When we booked we received a free upgrade which hadn't been applied when we checked in, however this was quickly resolved. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient parking on site. Large room with patio doors on both the main room and bathroom, which helped due to the lack of air conditioning.
Negative: The breakfast range and choice was quite limited. Lack of air conditioning. Pillows are quite poor in both size and comfort.

Positive: Very clean, located in a very decent and quiet area yet well connected to the city center either by transportation or by walking. Very nice continental breakfast, spacious comfy rooms. Coffee, cold drinks are available to buy anytime. Shared fridge. Everything to make ones stay comfortable.

Positive: Lovely hotel in a nice quiet area yet well connected to the city. Very clean and they offer a good continental breakfast enough for everyone. I had medication that needed a fridge and found a shared fridge for our floor which had only two rooms. That was very convenient. I would not hesitate to come again in my next visit.

Positive: First, the manager was amazing, he greeted us very nicely and gave great tips for the city. The hotel is in a good location close to everything, the room was clean and pleasant and comfy beds, and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend.
