Positive: This is a great location, hands down! Super attentive owner always went above and beyond any requests. Spacious property so you’re not packed in tightly. Beds were comfortable. Enough table ware for two people. Washing machine cleans very well. Smells clean, and not damp.

Negative: It’s VERY noisy. It is located on the street and every driver with an axe to grind will drive by your front door. Definitely need ear plugs unless that noise puts you to sleep.

Summary: Excellent guest house. More amenities than a regular hotel

Positive: Very comfortable bed and super clean. Easy to leave our bags when apartment wasn't ready as flight was so early. Location is fantastic. Close to everything and in an area with great cafes and food. About 25 mins walk to songwat Road and Chinatown. Host was amazing. We had an issue sleeping first night as a metal grate on road was loose and was making loud noise when cars drove over. Messaged and by 12pm next morning someone had solved the issue (even though it was exterior road problem and not the hosts) Would highly recommend.

Negative: No complaints.

Positive: Really great place, clean and nice location if you want to stay at the center of Bangkok. Awesome host, really fast responses and was willing to help and give advices. The apartment has been renovated recently and is done properly. Closest metro station is ~10min walk a way and wasn't a problem for me. Every room has it's own AC.

Negative: (Nothing to really complain about, just a personal preference) As a Nordic person who has used to living in a REALLY quiet environment & house this would be my personal proposal for improvement. If you can seal the two exterior doors better it would be 6/5. I'm really sensitive to sounds and this _was not bad_. The bedrooms are separated and quiet so had no problems sleeping :)
