Positive: Hello everyone, I traveled from Turkey and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I made my reservation before arrival, and everything went smoothly without any issues. They responded to all my questions very quickly and were always helpful 🌸 I was able to check in early depending on availability, which was a huge plus for us. On our last day, even though our transfer was in the afternoon, we were able to safely leave our luggage and continue exploring the city. When we returned, we even had access to a guest area where we could take a shower before leaving. Thank you so much for your kindness and support. The cleanliness and the size of the rooms were excellent. If I come back again, I will definitely choose you. So happy we stayed here 💕

Positive: Samranscape is newly refurbished, very clean and comfortable! The staff were always on hand with any enquiries to help. They gave us a slightly later check out which was very nice as we had a late flight and they allowed us to keep out luggage there whilst we explored Bangkok for the day. The shared kitchen and laundry area is a bonus. My family stayed in the duplex and it had a great terrace with views accross the city. Bedding was new, soft and pillows were very comfortable! Elevator available too. Black out blinds were very welcome for a restful nights sleep. 7 11 and local eateries within walking difference. Conveniently located for taxis to take you to various places.

Negative: Nothing not to like. FYI there is a steep spiral staircase leading from the sitting room/bathroom up to the terrace and bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us as our children are old enough. But I wouldn't recommend this with younger children or if mobility is an issue.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and in a great location, which made everything easily accessible. Communication was quick and uncomplicated, which I really appreciated. The check-in process was contactless and very smooth. All the necessary information was provided in advance, including clear picture instructions, which made everything easy to follow. The room itself was very nice and had everything essential, all in excellent condition. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Positive: Quiet location , washing machine and coffee station right in the lobby . Also walking distance to the grand palace and the river ( but we took grab as it was so hot) .

Negative: Bit cramped for three people , but we are used to this when travelling.

Positive: The bed was really comfortable, the building was modern. The room and the pictures matched perfectly. Everything was really clean, the building has a free laundry room available and also coffee and cookies at our disposal.

Negative: The walls and floor are not soundproof so you can hear everyone walking around and talking in the building. The quiet time is from 10pm to 8am and after that it is quite difficult to rest.
