Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property and it was great! We had 3 families and the house worked perfect for us. The pull out couch on the first floor basically turns into an additional bedroom and the ice maker on the first floor was a huge help. Very short walk to the beach. With the erosion the beach wasn’t huge but still had room. We were here during 4th of July week and on the 4th it was pretty crowded for a cape beach(the public beach access is a road over) but that was the only day. Lots of beach toys and chairs at the house. Working with Donna was incredible. We had an issue with one air conditioner and they had a repair guy over in less than an hour. We cooked and grilled every night and the kitchen was very well stocked.

The location is great and the house was very comfortable & clean. The pool is great as well. We would love to stay here again.

Summary: This VRBO was the cleanest house I have stayed in. Yes lots of stairs, however elevator was nice on arrival and departure. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi was high speed. Light switches were labeled. This owner truly thought of everything. 5/5 stars. The beach is very close however the water was not easily accessible for my elderly farther. I am not sure if there is an area for easier beach/ water access that did not require a lot of stairs or a steep incline to the water. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would 100% recommend this to others visiting the area.

Summary: Stunning updated property with beautiful sunset views. The kitchen was well stocked to cook. We had issues with the grill and within 30 minutes the property management group came and fixed it! Our whole group raved about how comfortable the beds were. The only thing to note is: the beds are quite tall and not necessarily elderly/older folks friendly. The elevator was a huge plus!! We hope to come back again!

Summary: This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas. We absolutely loved it. The house was exactly like the pictures. The beach was a very short walk. The only issue that we had was that the 2nd floor shower wouldn't drain when we first got there. We emailed the owner and within 10 minutes someone was there to fix the issue. You couldn't ask for better customer service. We will definitely be using Be Our Guest and staying on the Cape again. Thank you for a wonderful week.
