A handicap ramp from the exterior ground level to the second level's screened porch makes easy access for those with mobility issues.

Each level of the home’s interior provides a separate kitchen, dining, living, sleeping and laundry area; and a full-length Bayfront screened porch provides seating and dining areas with endless views. Summary: This was an amazing property. Well stocked with griddle, air fryer and amenities of home. Plenty of space with 2 living areas if needed. The bay was amazing with the kids able to walk knee deep in water catching crabs and finding seashells. Quick walk to beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for the entire month of Feb 2022 and had the time of our lives. The house was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen of any rental home I’ve stayed in. The sunrises over the bay, enjoyed with a freshly brewed cup of coffee, were one of the highlights of the trip. Of course, driving or walking the 1/2 mile to the public beach access to the gorgeous gulf side and watching the sunset was also an almost daily occurrence. Our kids swam in the pool multiple times daily, even on the days us parents deemed it too cold. Highly recommend paying for pool heat, if needed. The pool stayed plenty warm enough for swimming even on some of the cooler days. If it got tad chilly, we warmed up in the hot tub while enjoying spectacular views of the bay. The fenced dog run was perfect for our fur baby, it was so nice to not worry about having to leash her each time she needed to go outside. In our opinion, the single best perk of Private Reserve is that you truly feel tucked in and away from the hustle and bustle. During Feb, there weren’t many bugs to speak of, but I’m sure in the warmer months that having everything screened in is a life saver. We SUP’ed and kayaked in the bay, so peaceful. Highly recommend this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3rd year staying here... Experience warmer temperatures than previous years which in turn brought out new wildlife greetings us. Liked seeing the sea otters playing in the bay and the bald eagle fishing off the deck but not the coral snake warming itself by the hot tub. Pretty but too dangerous. Love the new couch coverings and the way the laughter is heard in every room that my big family is in. My dog and granddog loved visiting each other at the same time going potty together. Thankfully if it wasn't for the dogs being there our trip might have been sadly. They warn us of the snake. Praying that it is in God's plans we can return for a 4th year.

Reviewer Comments: We had 7 adults and one child aged 3 to 85.very convenient to have wheelchair ramp.the shower we used fir my 85 yr old mom was small but it was the only one with a handheld would have been great to have that In the master suite shower.we brought our own shower chair.there was some miscommunication with mgmt about pool temp.we pd 250 to heat pool and I was told by the office pool temp would 10 degrees warmer than outside temp.this never happened.outside temp was around mid 80s everyday and pool temp was 87.very chilly.said there was nothing they could do about it.also we talked back and forth several days about being allowed to use our plug in lites at end of dock and cleaning station on dock.there were outlets but they were turned off. We did at least 60% of our fishing after dark.solar lites on dock were not enough.we weren't told till about 4 days into vacay outlets at end of dock were for owners boat lift lites at end of dock and cleaning station would be great addition. We were told not to use master toilet until it was anchored to floor.we found this the first nite we couldn't use it until Monday afternoon.Shawn the guy who handled maintenance was very nice and helpful.I am sure the office was tired of my calling as much as I was tired of having to do so.overall house was very roomy and very nice.would definitely want to rent again.Skullys which is a walk up the driveway had the best boiled shrimp.We bought that twice.We cooked everything we caught.Which was catfish and very healthy fat redfish.We brought our own deep fryer.Long Bills which about 1 mile down road was a great place for takeout lunch.We only ate out the last nite at Krazyfish Grill and it wax really good.We did go into downtown Port St joe to get homemade donuts(wonderful) because the line for little donut shop on cape was at least 30 people deep and they ran out of everything twice.Will return to CSB in 2022!

Summary: This was our 11th rental and by far the best fit for our family. Wheelchair accessibility is a top priority for us. Our teenage grandson was able to be fully independent. An added bonus was the nearby state park that offered free beach wheelchairs for day use. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond helping us. While that was a top priority, the house (and area) had something for everyone ages 4 mos to 69. We loved being able to have the boat docked at the house.

Summary: Beautiful place. Comfy accommodations. Well stocked with necessary kitchen items. Easy access to bay with beautiful dock. Short trek to the beach. Don’t recommend spending money on golf cart rentals because they don’t allow you to really use them on the cape. Can’t drive on road or multi use path. But that had nothing to do with rental property. Excellent parking options! I brought my boat and parked it at the doc. Dog yard fenced with easy access down ramp. What more can I say - don’t renovate next year and let me rent it again ;) Thanks for a wonderful 2 weeks!

I sent an email to mgt co. and there reponse was it is reponsibility of previous renter to look for and clean such things.2. By Sunday morning it was obvious the sewers had backed up. After repeated calls to maint. number and reservation number leaving messages,I called the city. They sent some one out and resolved it by Tuesday. If someone had been on duty or returned my call sunday it could have been resolved sooner.
