Summary: The room had a very cold draft coming from the door. Also the day time clerk, almost charged me twice for the room when I booked and paid online, even after I provided proof of such.

Summary: The room was very clean. I was concerned at first as it was right next to the truck stop but we did not hear the trucks at all. The carpet in the hall required a good cleaning but it was winter when we got there. My main concern was the heat in the building. When we first got there the temperature outside was -12 and the one heat source in the room was turned off. They knew we were coming, I would think they would have had it turned on. It was chilly enough in the room that I left my coat on while it warmed up. The hall and main area of the reception and area the breakfast room was in was very chilly the whole time we were there. For customer comfort I would suggest turning the heat up a degree or two. The heat situation is why I gave the hotel condition a lower grade.
