Summary: I got great help from the guy at the front desk when I couldn’t operate either the TV or the air-conditioning. And the price was right. It’s not the cheapest hotel in Brooks, but it’s the one I rely on.

Summary: The room was filthy. A layer of smudge on the glass, dirty bedding and carpet, broken chair, TV cable box unplugged, front door didn’t shut well. There was a glob of something on the bedside table. We brought our dogs and had to pay extra for them but I don’t know why because the room was unclean to begin with. If we didn’t arrive as late as we did, I would have left and asked for a refund.

Summary: The place is under New Management. They have started to add small modern touches to the rooms: think lamps with charging ports for both USB and C cords. It is definately a motel, but little things like that really help a trip there go smooth.
