Summary: The front desk staff were very helpful and happy to change our room to a different floor; no problem! The nice thing about an older hotel is the size of the room; spacious and clean. We didn’t use the pool and breakfast was “grab and go” but with great choices. We really like this place and will stay again.

Summary: The heritage inn has very cozy old-school charm. It is a little far from the downtown strip. Many construction projects in the immediate area ruin the view and the atmosphere surrounding the hotel. We were woken up at 9:00am on a Saturday morning with construction going on in the room directly beside ours - no warning or heads-up. The hvac system in the room has no auto feature, it’s either blowing hot air to warm the room up and then blowing cool air when it’s not blowing hot, not very efficient if you ask me. Probably wouldn’t stay here again if I’m being completely honest.
