Positive: The room was spacious for the price and was very comfortable with good lighting and soft cushioning on the bed. The bathroom had all of the expected amenities and was acceptable. The location of the hotel was ideally situated near Tokyo Station and was easy to walk to with several heavy bags in hand. As well, the staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a combination of Western and Japanese-style foods. As well, there was a self-service soft serve machine and a soda machine. Both served above satisfactory flavor.
