Positive: Fantastic location, right next to several convenient train stations. Walkable to Ginza too. The family room was so lovely and comfortable, tastefully decorated and comfortable for a family of five. The 2 bedroom apartment comes with a washer/dryer which was so handy.

Negative: The only thing missing was a concierge service. Restaurant reservations in Tokyo are difficult if you don't speak Japanese as many require bookings by phone - I had asked the hotel to make a booking and filled in the information form but I never heard back from them. I understand this is not really the job of the front desk team so it's not their fault which is why a concierge service would be very helpful for non-japanese speaking guests.
