Positive: The hotel has very good location close to Tokyo station and Ginza. It is clean and the staff is very helpful. The massage chair is a great idea but the room could be bigger however, this is a standard in Japan.

Negative: There could be some extra hangers for towels in the bathroom.

Summary: Very nice stay in Tokio, we will come back

Positive: You can choose room cleaning type like full or eco depending on individual. The location is perfect exceed our expectation because just above Kyobashi station GINZA line. The entrance and exit of Kyobashi station is just right the door of the hotel. That is really convenient after you have tired all day and came back. Additionally, it is not too far from Tokyo station and Ginza shopping place as well. Best of all, it is on the Ginza Line and the line can access to all most attraction places like Shibuya and Asakusa and Ueno.

Negative: Nothing to say.

Summary: During our stay in REMM Kyobashi Tokyo, we felt very comfortable and happy with the service rendered

Positive: The property was cleaned daily and towels swapped over. The room was spacious and even had a massage chair after a long day. Great proximity to Tokyo station and ginza district. Also easy check in process and helpful staff! Highly recommend

Positive: Great location. Simple but effective services. Had what I needed

Negative: Breakfast isnt as good as it use to be. Also very busy. Room very small for the price (was once a better deal). I think for the price it should be renovated and larger. Or put price back down.

Positive: Outstanding location. 10 minute walk to Tokyo Train Station & Kyobashi metro station (Ginza line) right at front door _ short walk to Ginza _ lovely neighborhood_ bed was comfortable & shower was fantastic _ very quiet at night_ we slept very well!

Negative: Would have been nice to have some minimal dish ware in the room_ maybe some bowls & plates & proper tea/coffee mugs, not just the plastic reusable cups provided. Space is very tight, although that is normal for Tokyo.

Summary: Awesome location, close to Tokyo station & Ginza! Great value for this wonderful neighborhood.
