Positive: We had a perfect night at Sunrise in Abu Simbel. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We slept extremely well. What truly touched us was the kindness of our host Maha and his brother. Even before our arrival, Maha had already started helping us arrange everything, including booking tickets for the evening sound and light show, organizing a sunrise boat trip for the next morning, and trying to help us find transportation to Abu Simbel. When we arrived in the afternoon, we were absolutely starving, but everything was already prepared for us. The room had water and welcome drinks, which we really appreciated. When we asked if it would be possible to have some lunch, Maha’s brother cooked us a delicious homemade meal, and we finished all the fish and chicken. Afterwards, he treated us to local red tea, and early the next morning he personally took us to the pier for our boat ride. You truly made this trip unforgettable and perfect. Thank you so much for everything！

Positive: Osama is very friendly and helpful, you can contact him in advance if you need any extra support from him, like booking tickets or guides. His apartment is clean and tidy, the bedrooms are big. It’s a good choice if you just want to spend one night to fully enjoy Abu Simbel. The apartment is in a quiet place near the downtown area and the temple, easy to buy stuffs in the market or go to local restaurant. Osama also offers a good local breakfast at the time of your request. BTW the market owned by an old couple near the apartment has fair price for water and food.

Negative: It would be better if the hair dryer is provided.

Positive: Location was easy to find and at a walking distance of Abu Simbel. Host was really warm and helpful - he even got snacks for our children! Breakfast was really good. It was a great stay.
