Positive: The staff were super friendly, in particular the reception staff Ahmed and Hammad who were very accommodating and were keen to see my try out some of my amateur Arabic.

Negative: The fruit at breakfast wasn’t quite up to expectations.

Positive: The staff of Resort was truly going out of their way to make our stay better, although upon our arrival things didn't go as planned, eventually manager Mohamed tried his best to smooth the situation.

Negative: Upon arrival we we're told that we would get an upgrade in the Remal Beach hotel by the sea. Which we did however only for one night, and at the beginning it was the whole stay of 3 nights we had in total. Eventually after waiting the whole day at the reception we checked in for one night and had to check out again the next one. That was very unpleasant. I guess there must have been system error, however the staff at the Remal Beach could have been more open about the situation. Remal Resort- tried their best to accommodate us to the nicest room for the rest of two nights.

Summary: Sunny stay, hopefully without chaos next time.

Positive: Clean and tidy . Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Food was variable colorful and delicious. Yousef and omar in the reception, taha in the restaurant , alaa in the pool bar and every other body share us this vacation “ thank you guys” Special thanks for my daughter birthday cake❤️

Negative: Always overbooked and hard to make reservation. The chef of the snak bar made us as egyptians a burnt pizza and serve it to us as if were had to eat with erogant soul. The elevator was so ancient and need fixation indeed
